Wisconsin Rapid Traffic School Terms and Conditions

This website was created and is maintained by Rapid Traffic School for the sole purpose of providing Right-of-Way/Failure to Yield instruction as licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WISDOT).

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Rapid Traffic School concerning your access to and use of the RapidTrafficSchool.com website (the “Site”).

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The Site is intended for licensed Wisconsin drivers who are at least 18 years old.

Meticulous effort has been made to ensure the data given in this online course is current and factual. However, if a portion of the course is found to be inaccurate or obsolete, the student agrees that Rapid Traffic School shall not be held liable for any losses caused by dependence on the aptness of the information provided.

Regardless of the aforementioned, the total liability of Rapid Traffic School, if any, for losses or damages shall not exceed the fees paid by the user for the Right-of-Way/Failure to Yield training provided. By using this website, you agree that neither Rapid Traffic School nor its affiliated companies, their administrators, employees, consultants, writers, or contributors shall have any liability on your behalf in connection with your use of this website or the Right-of-Way/Failure to Yield online course known as Rapid Traffic School.

Our Right-of-Way/Failure to Yield course includes elements as required by the Wisconsin State regulatory agency governing the standards of online courses. These elements can include such things as page and exam timers, quizzes, a final exam, questions confirming student identity, and course expiration provisions.

While Rapid Traffic School is confident in our ability to teach the curriculum in a manner easily understood, we make no promises or warranties with regard to a student’s performance as a result of their study of the course provided. The final exam is composed of 15 questions. The student must get at least 12 questions correct to pass. 60 minutes are allowed for the student to complete the final exam. If the student fails, he will have a second try with a new exam composed of different questions. The student is permitted as many tries as necessary to pass the exam at no additional charge. However, per WISDOT requirements, upon failing the exam twice in a row the student must start the course over again from the beginning. The student will not be charged any additional fees by Rapid Traffic School to retake the final exam or start the course over. Upon successfully passing the exam, WISDOT and the court the student reported to regarding the traffic infraction issued will be notified by us that the student has fulfilled his traffic school requirement.

You will be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. Your password will be made invalid upon passing the final exam and issuance of your completion receipt.

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
