You and doing business as Rapid Traffic School Inc, are parties to a binding contract that regulates your access to and use of the website https://www.rapidtrafficschool.com/ which was created and is maintained by Rapid Traffic School for the sole purpose of providing Traffic Violator School (TVS) instruction as licensed by California state agencies. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Rapid Traffic School concerning your access to and use of the RapidTrafficSchool.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”)

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to be bound by each and every one of these Terms. We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by addressing the “Last Modified” date of the Terms and Conditions, via email, or another appropriate communication method. You are accountable for constantly checking these Terms and Conditions to be aware of any updates. You also reserve the right to be opt-out of receiving such notifications. By continuing to use the Site, after the date any updated Terms and Conditions are posted, you will be liable to and deemed to have awareness of such changes and accepting the modified version of the Terms & Conditions.

Please take the time to study these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to access or usage of the Site.  Expressly terminate the further use of the website or services in case you don’t agree with the established rules and regulations.

Website Use Conditions

This Site services should solely be used for individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of their enrollment into the traffic courses.  

The Site is mainly intended for licensed California drivers (otherwise called students) who are at least legal age.  It is mandatory to register with the Site. Upon registration, you agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. You will be liable for the use of your personal account, and you should not permit anyone else to use your account, access the Site, or take the courses. If we decide, in our sole discretion, that the username you choose is improper, objectionable, or suggests offensive connotations, we have the right to remove, reclaim, or replace it. You may be able to delete your account by following the website’s instructions or sending an email to the address listed at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions

 Note, that your password will become invalid upon passing the final exam and issuance of your certificate completion.

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that we make available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Rapid Traffic School Courses

A meticulous effort has been made to ensure the data given in this online course is accurate and up to date. However, if a portion of the course is found to be inaccurate or obsolete, the student agrees that Rapid Traffic School shall not be held liable for any losses caused by dependence on the aptness of the information provided.

Regardless of the aforementioned, the total liability of Rapid Traffic School, if any, for losses or damages shall not exceed the fees paid by the user for the TVS training provided. By using this website, you agree that neither Rapid Traffic School nor its affiliated companies, their administrators, employees, consultants, writers, or contributors shall have any liability on your behalf in connection with your use of this website or the TVS known as Rapid Traffic School.

Our Traffic School includes elements as required by the California State regulatory agency governing the standards of online courses. These elements can include such things as page and exam timers, quizzes, a final exam, questions confirming student identity, and course expiration provisions.

While Rapid Traffic School is confident in our ability to teach the curriculum in a manner easily understood, we make no promises or warranties with regard to a student’s performance as a result of their study of the course provided. 60 minutes are allowed for the student to complete the final exam. The exam is open book style, which means the student can consult the course materials during the exam. If the student fails, he will have a second try with a new exam composed of different questions. If he fails the second exam, he may re-enroll at another Traffic Violator School. If he chooses to re-register with Rapid Traffic School, he will need to pay again and restudy the materials before another attempt at the exam. Upon successfully passing the exam, the California Department of Motor Vehicles, and the court the student reported to regarding the traffic infraction issued will be notified by us that the student has fulfilled his traffic school requirement.

Terminating this Agreement

The termination of this agreement shall not affect the parties’ obligations and liabilities established prior to the date of termination.

These Terms and Conditions are in force until terminated either by you or us. By alerting your wish to cease the use of the website and services to us, you can terminate these Terms and Conditions.

If in our own assessment, you fail to comply with terms and obligations under these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to revoke this agreement at any time, without notifying you.  In this case, you will still continue to stay responsible for all accumulated charges up to and involving the termination date.

Processing Fees and Refund Policy

To have full access to traffic violator courses, you are required to pay the processing fee in the amount of $19.95, which also includes the reporting procedure to the California DMV and your court, on our end. 

We cannot offer a refund when you already started the traffic violator courses and/ or your final exam. Prior to your enrollment in the traffic school, be sure that you are approved by the court, and that you desire to take the courses. In case you purchased the courses by mistake, you can get in touch with our customer support as soon as possible.

Third-Party

There can be certain components from third parties included in our content, products, and/or services accessible through our Site. You might be taken to third-party websites through links on our website that are not in any way, connected to us. We disclaim all liability and responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites, as well as for any other third-party items, goods, or services.

Any loss or damages resulting from the acquisition or use of products, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in conjunction with any third-party websites are not our responsibility. Prior to making any transaction, please research the third party’s rules and practices to ensure that you are fully familiar with them.

INDEMNIFICATION

You acknowledge that your actions hereunder may constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference or a violation of any law or the rights of a third party, and you hereby indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rapid Traffic School Inc and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS

In addition to the above-mentioned terms, your actions are regarded as prohibited if you, in relation to our Site or content:

  • Use it for any fraudulent operation
  • Encourage others to pursue or participate in any illegal activities
  • Breach federal, provincial, international, and state laws, rules, and regulations
  • Post comments on our Site that may contain abusive, defaming, harassing, racist, or other offensive connotations
  • Provide inaccurate and misleading information
  • Accumulate or monitor the personal data of others
  • Transmit or upload malware, viruses, or dangerous codes that might be utilized to interrupt the proper functionality or operation of our services, Site, internet, and any websites, related to us or not
  • Phish, spam, crawl, spider, pharm, pretext, scrape
  • Use it for any kind of immoral or unethical reason

In all these cases, we have the right to terminate your use of the Site, services, or any website connected to us.
